@Matt: The government can't do anything quickly, so I tend to think they were working on a marketing plan. And, not to get too conspiratorial, Obama started the big 'financial reform' agenda at the same time the SEC charges against Goldman hit the news wire. I'm liking the new layout as well, thanks!
