The global warming scam began in earnest amongst globalists such as Maurice Strong back in the mid 1980′s. Strongs’s political movement was in search of a scientific theory to validate their claim that modern lifestyles are somehow ‘harming the environment.’ He found it in Global Warming.

In keeping with the Progressive globalist dream, the EPA is making a major power grab to control all economic activity in America through the regulation of  CO2. The same CO2 that all of us exhale and is necessary for all plant life due to its necessity for photosynthesis (CO2 is plant food).

The EPA is asserting it regulatory authority because the Supreme Court classified CO2 as a “dangerous pollutant” and is a green house gas. Via The EPA:

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) today denied 10 petitions challenging its 2009 determination that climate change is real, is occurring due to emissions of greenhouse gases from human activities, and threatens human health and the environment.

The petitions to reconsider EPA’s Endangerment Finding claim that climate science cannot be trusted, and assert a conspiracy that invalidates the findings of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the U.S. National Academy of Sciences, and the U.S. Global Change Research Program. After months of serious consideration of the petitions and of the state of climate change science, EPA finds no evidence to support these claims. In contrast, EPA’s review shows that climate science is credible, compelling, and growing stronger.

“The endangerment finding is based on years of science from the U.S. and around the world. These petitions — based as they are on selectively edited, out-of-context data and a manufactured controversy — provide no evidence to undermine our determination. Excess greenhouse gases are a threat to our health and welfare,” said EPA Administrator Lisa P. Jackson. “Defenders of the status quo will try to slow our efforts to get America running on clean energy. A better solution would be to join the vast majority of the American people who want to see more green jobs, more clean energy innovation and an end to the oil addiction that pollutes our planet and jeopardizes our national security.”

This is blatant arrogance and a flat out lie. As a matter of fact, the Climategate emails are only the tip of the proverbial iceberg. Every claim made by the global warming (or climate change, if its cooler than normal) crowd has been proven false:

I could go on and on. One other thing that physicists are pointing out is the whole ‘greenhouse’ effect, where sunlight is reflected from CO2 in the atmosphere in an increasing feedback loop, is not really happening either. (Note EGE= Enhanced Greenhouse Effect). Via Niche Modeling:

While MD07 explains increasing specific humidity and falling relative humidity, and a positive feedback loop if temperature is increasing, does it provide evidence of the EGE as a cause of present day global warming? If temperatures and water vapor in the upper troposphere were actually increasing, while surface temperatures have been increasing, then this would provide the evidence for EGE they seek.

The problem is, temperatures in the upper tropospheres are not rising, as shown at the right hand side of the graph above, from Douglass et al. 2007. Despite claims by the IPCC of evidence of EGE, the only place where temperatures really rising in the upper troposphere is in the climate models themselves! The problem with rising temperatures with elevation, and erroneous constant humidity, is a double deviation from the actual observations!

Usually evidence of something means evidence in the real world, not evidence in a computer model. (emphasis added)

The central theory of Global Warming is debunked.

Remember, the ‘global warming’ movement got its start in the early 80′s by radical globalists, not by any scientific evidence.

Now we are left with the EPA regulating based on their leaders Progressive ideology (create ‘Green Jobs’ and end our addiction to oil) rather than science and, you know, actual data.
