Barbra Boxer Pushes Global Warming Tax Bill Out Of Senate Committee Without A Single Republican Vote

Democrats continue an all out assault on the American people.
While the American people are focusing on trying to stop the push for socialized medicine, Democrats push forward on the effort to bring an economy killing ‘global warming’ tax to the senate floor in an unprecedented fashion.

This is nothing more than another power grab. Since there is no global warming or climate change in back yard; and if it’s not warming in my back yard, you can’t say the entire planet is warming.
I think they’re using the health care deform bill to shield this crap. We get all distracted by one power grab, and they sneak the other past us as well.
@Matt: It seems the Democrats are using a ‘Whack-A-Mole’ strategy to keep the American people running from one outrageous power grab to another.
It’s “classic Alinsky.” Keep the confusion going, keep the distractions cranked up to “maximum,” and keep at it until your opponent gets weary and gives up.
Think of snotty-nosed kids in the supermarket who persist at nagging and begging for candy from a parent. If they keep it up long enough, most parents will cave.
We must NOT cave. Not become weary. Not become distracted. And not stop until we get these statists and socialists out of the White House and out of the Capitol.
Alinsky (and all his loyal followers) believe that the attention span of Americans is that of a gnat. That we really want to be dim-witted couch potatoes, so if they keep this nonsense up long enough, the tea parties and conservative bloggers and FOX News will go away, bored or frustrated. That we don’t love and cherish America to continue fighting for her, no matter what.

I asked Sen. Levin & Stabenow, as well as Rep. Levin (my rep) their positions on climate change. Only Levin responded so far blathering on about how critical it is to act now.
We all need to write/email/fax them telling them to stop it. My guys? All dems I’m afraid, even at the statehouse. Not an individual thought amongst them–all party line.
