I have one question. If Democrats think this is such a great deal why are they having a difficult time passing government run health care? It’s not like they need any Republican votes to make it happen.
You know… this suddenly makes health care a state issue as well. I don’t think Democrats are realizing how this could play out in local elections.

The only thing I could think of is Granhom, Levin, Stabenow, Kilpatric, Conyers et al. tripping over each other trying to get Michigan in the front of the line.
